Anthony Walker is a founder of Alacrita and his experience includes due diligence, technology/market appraisal, business planning, licensing, raising venture capital finance, and M&A.
Priya is a consultant with expertise in business development and product development strategy, and transactional support for a range of pharmaceutical products. She will be representing the Alacrita service Foothold America which helps companies expand their business to the US without the hassle of forming a legal entity.
